By using the opez.com web site ("Opez"), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use").

Basic Terms
You must be 13 years or older to use this site.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your user name and e-mail address.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Opez users.
You may not use the opez.com service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on the opez.com service.
You must not modify, adapt or hack opez.com or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with opez.com.
You must not create or submit unwanted email ("Spam") to any Opez members.
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
You must not, in the use of Opez, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your opez.com account. While opez.com prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Opez cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the opez.com service at your own risk.

General Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the opez.com service for any reason, without notice at any time.
We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via internet mail according to the preference expressed on your account. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement.
We reserve the right, in accordance with any applicable laws, to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts for any reason. This may include Content that we consider to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or that violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
The opez.com service makes it possible to post images, video, audio, text and other media hosted on Opez to outside websites. This use is accepted (and even encouraged!). However, pages on other websites which display data hosted on opez.com must provide a link back to Opez.
We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames.

Copyright
Opez does not claim ownership of content you submit or make available for inclusion on Opez. However, with respect to content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the opez.com service, you grant Opez a royalty-free and non-exclusive license(s), as applicable. With respect to photos, graphics, audio or video you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of Opez the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such content on Opez solely for the purpose for which such content was submitted or made available. This license exists only for as long as you elect to continue to include such content on Opez and will terminate at the time you remove or Opez removes such content from the opez.com service. You can remove your profile at any time by deleting your account. Deleting your Opez account will also remove any text and media you have stored in the system. Opez undertakes to obey all relevant copyright laws. We will review all claims of copyright infringement received and remove content deemed to have been posted or distributed in violation of any such laws.

Privacy Policy

Opez provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of opez.com (this "Site") and users of the Opez mobile application. Our Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, and we will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Site.

1. Information Collection: The Personally Identifiable Information We Collect
In the course of using this Site, you may provide us with personally identifiable information. This refers to information about you that can be used to contact or identify you, and information on your use of and activities at our Site that may be connected with you ("Personal Information"). Opez users
We will display your Personal Information in your profile page and elsewhere on the Site according to the preferences you set in your account. Any information you choose to provide should reflect how much you want all other Opez users to know about you. We recommend that you guard your anonymity and sensitive information and we encourage users to think carefully about what information about themselves they disclose in their profile pages. You can review and revise your profile information at any time. When you contribute to Opez, you are making that contribution publicly.

Service Providers, Business Partners and Others
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our service, to provide the service on our behalf, to perform Site-related services (including but not limited to maintenance services, database management, web analytics and improvement of the Site's features) or to assist us in analyzing how our Site and service are used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only for purposes of performing these tasks on our behalf. We may also provide Personal Information to our business partners or other entities with whom we have cooperative relationships so that they can send you promotional and other information and engage in any of the activities described in Section 2 above.

Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement
Opez cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of Opez or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical, inappropriate or legally actionable.

Business Transfers
Opez may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.

4. Changing or Deleting Your Information
All registered users may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information provided in their registration or account profile by making changes on the settings page. If you completely delete all such information, then your account may become deactivated.

5. Security
Opez is very concerned with safeguarding your information. We employ reasonable measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access.

6. Our Policy Toward Children
This Site is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us at contact@opez.com. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.
